Mango Yogurt Drink

Whether you’re sipping it as a refreshing afternoon snack, a quick breakfast, or a sweet treat, this drinkable mango yogurt will surely delight you and give you an energy boost.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mango -cut
  • 1 cup yogurt Greek or plain
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add mango, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Add the yogurt and the milk and blend on low until smooth. Taste and add more honey to your desired sweetness.
  • Pour into a serving glass and garnish with mint or chopped mango. Serve immediately.

Notes

Storage Instructions
These homemade yogurt drinks can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. However, I like to consume them within 2 days to ensure a full flavor.
You can also use frozen mango chunks if fresh ones are not available.
