- 4 cups mango chunks (4 large mangoes) fresh or frozen
- ⅓ cup water add more as needed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Place mango chunks, lemon juice, and water in your blender. Blend until completely smooth. If it feels too thick, then add more water as needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and add the popsicles sticks. Place the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours or completely frozen or overnight.
- Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
