  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon plus more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberry Nice Cream
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk

  • ¼ cup (4 tablespoons) natural unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Peel, cut, and freeze the bananas for about 4 hours or overnight.
  • Place the frozen bananas, milk, and vanilla extract into the blender or food processor. Blend starting on low speed and gradually increasing to medium speed. Stop the machine midway and scrape down the sides until fully blended without any pieces of fruit.
  • Transfer to freezer-safe container and store in the freezer. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
