- 2 cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 8 ounces vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
Creamy Blueberry Popsicles
- 2 cups blueberry (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey

Place pineapple, juice, ice cream, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until hardened.
Unmold and enjoy.

Place blueberry, lemon juice into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the smooth blueberry mixture into a large bowl and stir in the honey and yogurt. Taste the mixture and make adjustment to the taste. If you want it sweeter, then add more honey to it.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and freeze overnight. Unmold and enjoy.
