Creamy Pineapple Popsicles

  • 2 cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 8 ounces vanilla ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Creamy Blueberry Popsicles

  • 2 cups blueberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Place pineapple, juice, ice cream, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until hardened.
  •  Unmold and enjoy.

  • Place blueberry, lemon juice into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smooth blueberry mixture into a large bowl and stir in the honey and yogurt. Taste the mixture and make adjustment to the taste. If you want it sweeter, then add more honey to it.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and freeze overnight.  Unmold and enjoy.
